Janis’ Taps Into Roots in Northwest Arkansas

Having spent her whole life in Northwest Arkansas, Janis works to find ways to explore more of what our local businesses have to offer in our community. By joining our team as a Creative Consultant she makes your branding strategies and vision come to life. After attending the University of Arkansas to study both Childhood Education as well as Retail – Supply Chain she realized that her true passion lay within the many facets of Customer Service and Relationship Building. Knowing this, she now spends her days working with clients walking them through the process of bringing their final branding visions to the public.

In the end, she helps you find your business’ voice, brainstorms to clarify wants and needs, and walks with you throughout the whole process. By partnering with you she makes sure that your brand stands out while taking away the stress that can easily come when executing your marketing strategy. Whether you are working to make your first impression in a world of small businesses or finding ways to stand out against other big competitors, Janis, and the Blue Zoo team is with you every step of the way.

I am constantly inspired by people and the stories they have to tell. With every year of life, I work to put more emphasis on traveling so that I can expand my horizons by interacting with new people and places. Travel is a sort of therapy for me, and because of this, a trip doesn’t feel complete unless I have met and had an eye-opening conversation with someone I met on the plane, in the airport after we both missed a flight, or while out exploring.

When I am not at work you can find me walking around downtown Bentonville, one of our many local trails in Northwest Arkansas, eating at my favorite local restaurants, or at a local coffee shop with a cup of coffee and a book.
