Justin Williams wears many hats.
Justin attended Oklahoma State University where he studied graphic design and illustration before returning to Northwest Arkansas and starting up the multimedia firm Pixelbenders in 1999. In 2003, he co-founded the Northwest Arkansas Art Directors Club and served as President and Chairman of the board. The NWAADC brought in world-renowned designers, artists, and filmmakers, a traveling design exhibit from New York City, and hosted four regional design competitions.
He has since worked on projects and consulted for numerous companies including Tyson Foods, Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, Rausch Coleman Homes, and The Scott Family Amazeum.
Justin has also spent time teaching others the skills of graphic design and art at both the Nadine Baum Studios and the New Design School over the years.
When Justin isn’t consulting with a variety of Blue Zoo Creative’s clients, you can find him at his home studio working on one art project or another. He brings close to 20 years of graphic design, sales, and consulting experience to Blue Zoo and you can currently see some of his watercolor work, called “The Mazzaroth” (Hebrew for “Zodiac”), at the coworking and art space The Gallery in the Bentonville Arts District.

WORDS FROM JUSTIN…
My favorite aspect of any creative collaboration is seeing how excited our clients get. To see people get genuinely pumped about the direction we are steering their business in makes the long hours and endless brainstorming worth it.
When I’m not drawing or painting or meeting with clients, I’m geeking out on some fantasy sport, playing disc golf, planning a getaway with my wife Jules, playing with my dogs, or grilling.
